Just come across a fantastic website that just might be a lifesaver (not literally, obviously !).  If you’ve ever had a washing machine/dishwasher/cooker/any other household appliance that has a part broken or missing, good luck trying to get a replacement part from the manufacturer !  They sell machines, not parts.
